Week 22

what the what i can not believe its already half way through the transfer now thats nuts. whats new whats new. um general conference was soooo good! its easier to stay awake as a missionary bc the whole time you are thinking i hope blank is watching right now!
anywho on to the nitty gritty

monday--> i got emails from so so many people. i felt so loved LEX wrote me and this was so great! then when everyone was all together in the downtown building we played zombies. and boy was it fun. its like tag but you turn out the lights and then if youre tagged you are a zombie and you have to act like a real zombie and everything. i have some pretty big bruises bc i tripped but it was SO worth it bc i got some one to be a zombie. gross huh?? ess okay tho. we had FHE with the becks and kevin said that he is opposed to baptism and doesnt feel he is quite ready for it but its something he thinks he wants in the future!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHH I FREAKED OUT can you tell????? it was so great.

tuesday--> we made general conference fliers  and updated records we went on rides with sister fisher and then we had another lesson with the becks! kevin really wants to stop drinking and smoking but like any addiction its a process! but that makes me so so so so happy

wednesday--> we had a wonderful district meeting i had the skill check and it was AWESOME. so my wonderful sister sent me photo booth props ina package and so we split up into two teams junior and senior companions and i had random words i found in the BOM and the first team to have had everyone show me the word and then run get a prop and stand infront of the background won and we took a picture it was sooooo fun! we had a lesson with zion then we went on rides with sister weiss and talked to so many people! which was cool. after that we had dinner and the family we ate with owns an alpaca farm so we got to feed and pet the alpacas! Then it was Reginas Baptism sister d and i taught her just as much as the elders so even though it wasnt my ward i still count her so she as my 5th baptism. And it as so special because her son Zion that i taught baptized her! was a cool sight to see

thursday-->we weekly planned and let me tell you that being a missionary is so cool because we get special perks. we got to see meet the mormons and holy heckle it was SO good! everyone and their mother should watch it.we had dinner at one of our ward mission leaders homes and its fun for me because its kinda like being with brad and caity they arent really similar at all but something reminds me of them. i got to pet their cow so that was cool! and i named one of their chickens Phyllis. then we had a lesson with a new investigator it was interesting because she would tell us what she believes and how its different like how she believes moses and christ werent prophets so we asked her who was a prophet and she couldnt tell us what she really beleieved she kept saying i dont know how to explain it i just know it. but in reality its like do you really know it bc the truths im explaining make so much sense and i am explaining them. so that was a long lesson 2 hours. just to get through the restoration. goodness.

friday--> its friday friday gotta get down on friday everybody looking forward to the weekend weekend. my life. we went out and saw some old ladies and we ran into this lady that was having a bad day and she just started balling and telling us her whole .life story so i gave her a hug and then she told us how much she needed us and how its been such a hard year for her. we told her that her heavenly father loved her and was never to far away. we prayed with her and prayers as a missionary are powerful because you can help them hear the things they need even if you dont know all about their life. so that was cool. we had a new member lesson with a kid and his house smelled so bad but i got through it and just taught the gospel. trying not to focus on the stench. we had a lesson with jessica and the coles! i just love both of them!

saturday--> I LOVED CONFERENCE we watched both session ats the coles house the whole time during neil l andersons talk about joseph smith i just kept think uncle jonny needs to listen to this! he need to hear it! we did FHE with a less active  family and the dad finally joined us after going over for months! we played church bingo! we went on some more visits and had a great chat with two older less active ladies and invited them so watch general conference.

sunday--> and more general conference! we watched the first session at the fishers and the second one at the mcdonalds my two favorites or some of them i dont have 100% favs but were M. Russell Ballards and Richard G. Scotts those were sooo good! then we went to a less active ladies house and talked forever and she told us the reason why she hasnt been to church in forever and i think we are making progress on her coming back! (i had a rough time with my compi but i think we are starting to work it out. i hope that i can learn from this and move on hopefully which i know i will eventually. just takes time...)
and today im writing you!
well i love you all and gotta go. gonna play more zombies!!!!!!!!!! love you

Week 21

helllooooo, so i guess this is week 21? weird. even weirder that my 5 month mark is TOMORROW what when did that happen?

monday we finally got approved to go to walmart which never happens anymore. lame. but i shopped with sister d because she was there too and we got to laugh and laugh. then we came and quickly emailed because we were going up to emmett and were already late so we had to rush. it was fun we played frisbee, it wasnt the same with most of my good friends gone but i guess i will have to make new friends haha, oh mission life. i am the "matriarch" of middleton right now because i am currently the missionary that has been there the longest. so where as i used to call elder boswell when i didnt know where something in middleton was well now its my responsibility. eh so much responsibility. then we had family home evening with the becks and sister beck planned out the whole lesson on prayer. she did such a good job i was so impressed!

tuesday this was one of those days where you try to see a ton of people but no one is home so we only had like 2 lessons. we made pizzas for dinner with a family, they were pretty good, we taught zion a lesson almost finishing the new member lessons.

wednesday we made cookies for district meeting the ones that are sugar cookies with pictures on them the halloween pictures gotta bring life to those meetings haha we went out to visit this older less active couple they are 86 and 84. so we get there and the old man is like welcome hi how are you! and then he invites us in to this trailer he and his wife are living in on his sons property. so we are chatting and then we ask to share a message, so we shared one about church from the book of mormon, then we invited them to church and they were like oh we go every week at 1 pm where are you? and so then we were like oh what building do you go to? and then they are like oh the kingdom hall downtown, we are jehovahs witnesses what are you? and we are like oh we are members of the church of jesus christ of latter day saints and then they are like oh mormons yeah we know them, we used to be mormon and so we ask about their conversion and they converted 3 years ago when they were having a really rough time and the JWs knocked on their door and read scriptures and sand songs with them. they had assumed we were from their church because they said the only people that come to see them are JWs it was pretty crazy, they were nice and then they invited us back to chat anytime but they made it known they were pretty strong in their new found faith. it just goes to show that if we as members of the church arent doing our part in home teaching and visiting teaching and inviting all people to everything we will lose our less active members to other places. i think we can get them back but it will take hard work. but that is my crazy story for the week haha. and from my understanding JWs arent allowed to pray with people from other faiths but they let us pray with them so thats good! then  we helped out with activity days, they talked all about missionary work.

thursday
i am ALMOST done with the BOM i have 1 chapter left, i decided that i will start over and highlight every scripture about baptism, so that will be cool. we weekly planned then we went out with sister mckee to see some people, i just love her she is so fun and LOVEs to go out with us which makes it fun, sometimes members just feel like they HAVE to go because a sheet is being passed around but when you get people that actually want to help in missionary work you have a blast. we taught becca another lesson and she is getting so ready for baptism she just has to see if her parents will let her because she is 16. i can not even imagine what that would be like, i pray for her all the time that her parents will be understanding.

friday so every journal entry for friday i always end up writing the first part to the friday song by rebecca black. what is life. i just imagine and remember brads friday playlist and that song on it and i laugh. we taught the 1st lesson aka the restoration to a less active lady that wants to become more active! yay! i love that lesson because i always get to remember my feelings i got when i visited all the church history sites over the years. we went on visits throughout the day and then we had a wonderful lesson with the becks. the more we teach things the more kevin gets it. we might have to teach the same lesson 4 different times but he eventually will make it click. then we invited kevin to pray for like the 100th time and he FINALLY said yes. i was so excited i have been taching him for 4 months and he finally prayed!  they are working on quitting smoking and drinking. which is GREAT. he prayed for us the first time in 4 months this week! it was AWESOME. he prayed for the members of the church that he was not YET a part of YET!!!! it was awesome i was just smiling the WHOLE time. i know he will be baptized for a fact one day its just a matter of time. they are working on quitting smoking and drinking and i can already see the blessings in their lives for trying to follows god commandments.

saturday
we did service for this guy that i swear is a hoarder is was actually kind of disgusting i dont want to ever be a hoarder. just throw things away people or donate them or something. we had a lesson with zion and then a a lesson with aubree and after that we had a lesson with the coles and seth, always a good lesson. we just love that family. then sister fisher took us out to casa mexico (like the only real restaurant in middleton)   before the womens conference. and oh my that was a great conference i loved that is was all about temples. sad tho that we as missionaries cant really go to the temple but it was nice for it to be the focus, somethings that stood out to me, was when one woman said when we said in the waters of baptism we are looking towards the temple. i loved that! also when president uchtdorf said thath fear doubt and something else are like an umbrella blocking all the blessings god is pouring down on you!  that was helpful i think especially as a missionary.

sunday
we had ward council for every ward so that was meeting upon meeting and class upon class but we made it through. we left 9th ward a little early to go invite some less actives to the 9th ward ice cream social then we had some more meetings and then dinner. people in the 9th ward started to think i was a hipster HA no. so then they read the definition of hipster from urban dictionary and i guess they all thought it fit. so i can not escape this horrible accusation. if they even stepped into utah cali or ny they would see 100 billion more hipster-ish people out there. anywho we came home and did numbers and i went to bed and that leads me to here.
well have a wonderful week, i love you all and pray for you always.

Week 19

i went to bed last night at 1 and woke up at 5 you can only guess what that means.... transfers. well it was a sad day and a happy day sister dijkwel is now my sister training leader or STL so we get to go on exchanges one day out of this transfer and we are SOOOOO excited for that:) something to look forward to i guess. and i will see her on saturday for.... a baptism we are having! and i will talk more about that later! my new compi is sister wright! she is 22 almost 23 from kaui and graduated from byu provo with her degree in elementary education. she came out just 2 transfers before me so we are pretty close in mission age.
well this last week was a crazy one, we knew that one of us was going who and where we had no clue. i guessed she was going to caldwell stl and i was right!

monday  we had a surprise luncheon for sister bonvissuto because she is going back to temple square on wednesday, her outbound is over and she goes back to utah, so mom you have to go to temple square and look out for her and say hi!!!!! afterwards we went to emmett and played football and frisbee we came back and had fhe with the coles and then had a part of fhe with the becks and our investigator jessica!

tuesday we had a few lessons that day one with zion and an fhe with a less active family and made a lot of visits. then we had a lesson at the becks with jessica and we went over the 10 commandments. everyone was freaking out about one of us leaving and thats understandable ;)

wednesday we had our last district meeting with the daft crunk district. we had lunch and then took district pictures together

we had a few lessons afterwards and then we had an amazing dinner with a family we love! the weiss' she made us challah hallerrrrrrr! but for realsss it was so good and they made lamb with was pretty tasty. she tried to set sister d up with a family friend and it was the most hilarious thing ever. she was so "uncomfortable" she thinks most things are uncomfortable haha they talked in japanese for like 15 minutes so so funny. we went and visited some more people #thatmishlife

thursday we didnt get to weekly plan really because we were taking care of sister ds ticket and she had to take a 1.5 hour defensive driving class so i just sat in the mission office and help the office couple sisters sort things and work for them. it was nice to help them out, it reminded me of my job with auntie anna a little. we came back filled out paper work and had a lesson with a recent convert jordan. he lived wayyyyyyyyy out there like super far it probably look like 20 minutes to get there we had dinner with the fishers, after that we had a lesson with beccas then we had ZUMBA!!!!!!!!!!! we had a blast we had some less actives there and they loved it.

friday we made challah french toast. thanks dad. we did our weekly planning today and then we had a few lessons and the one with jessica was so cool! she is teaching herself how to play i am a child of god!!! after we had done a few visits we went to a surprise party for elder schlub. that was probably the weirdest party of my life but a great experience. we got the call that sister d was called to be stl and she freaked out and almost cried. she said noooooooooo it will be soooo hard and i have to deal with everyone elses problems. but she will be GREAT

saturday we had a big breakfast with all the middleton missionaries and listened to the transfer call together our whole district changed and we started to say our goodbyes. we cleaned and started to get sister d all packed up. we had jessicas baptismal interview and then we had dinner at the mcdonalds they are a great family! then we went to visit donna with sister mcdonald and invited her to church. then we came back and continued to get her all ready to go

sunday my last day with sister d. i didnt think it would be hard but it was. we went to 8th ward then had a lesson with zion then we went to ysa and then to zions priesthood ordiantion and then DONNA CAME TO CHURCH!! she came to the 9th ward and it was awesome! afterwards we went and had a lesson at the becks house  and then a lesson with becca and then had sho yu chicken with the ah yous it made me soooo happy. then we had a quick lesson with the coles just love that family! their two year old tristan ran and gave me a hug right when the door opened. made me miss my barlow babies:(  after that lesson we had one last lesson for the day with jessica at the bishops house! it went well and we talked about the primary answers, scriptures prayer and church. yeah they are primary answers but they are the ones that keep us closest and most in line with god. we had one last goodbye with all the missionaries and then we went home and got sister d all ready to go!
well thats about it!
gotta go love you all! WRITE ME!!! :)

Week 18

helloooooo familyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
so are you already heard from my email last week, we have no pday really so here is how my week went.
tuesday--> we took a pday and it was wonderful. then we went on visits with sister fisher! we saw some less actives in the YSA and then after dinner one of our investigators was sick so we couldn't have a lesson but she asked for a blessing so the elders came over and  gave her a blessing to get better.

wednesday--> we had district meeting early because we had district service helping a lady move out. she is a realtor and is moving to bear lake utah/logan and she gave me her card and told me to call her when i got home and up to logan and she would hook me up with real estate. #golden we had a lesson with aubree and then one with kevin and then we went to a ward picnic and we saw lots of less actives! there was a great turn out!!!

thursday--> we weekly planned and then we taught a few lessons, the one with dakota (the mentally challenged girl we have been teaching) we colored pictures of a girl being baptized we went on visits with sister lewis and then had dinner and our lesson that night got cancelled. we invited a few less actives to zumba and they CAME! we went to zumba and it was the best work out ever. it was the first time some of our less actives have been in the church for years so it was awesome!

friday-->was uneventful we went on lots of visits and then had a lesson with seth and then we took care of grandma carol while brother and sister hallenbeck were out for the night.

saturday--> we went on visits all day long it was great we got 6 lessons in that day! we worked our butts off. and happy birthday to cami

sunday--> we had church. but it was so sweet because in 8th ward president cole (president cannon 1st counselor also our convert seth's grandpa) he was talking about missionary work and then he said that he was talking with president cannon and they we (sister d and i) were the best sister missionaries in the mission and how the ward needs to trust us with their friends and give us more people to teach because they are so spoiled because they have the best sisters in the mission. we were like ok yeah right. but it was kind sweet to hear. idk if its really true but it was still cool. then we had a new investigator come to the YSA and asked to meet with us so we did and he asked a TONS of questions. we have been trying to get this family in 9th ward to come to church for 4 months called them every saturday and remind them. and yesterday brother colley was thre. at first i didn't recognize him but then i looked again and I RAN OVER TO HIM i was sooooooo excited to see him there! we had dinner and then went home and did numbers. while sister d was sleeping i decorated our room and set her present out so she would have it this morning when she woke up and she freaked out. i got her a ton of hello kitty stickers and she was SOOOO happy. tonight we are having a surprise party for her at the fishers and she has no idea!!!:) we are so excited.
well gotta go! but i love you ALL so very much!

Week 17

wow. wow. wow.what a week. we are already half way done with transfer three and i can not believe that. this Saturday is my 4 month mark. now that's cray. and after this transfer i will only have 8 left... weird how that happens. its interesting how it can seem like eternity and a blink of an eye all at the same time. i wonder if that how god sees it. who knows, but all i know is that time on the mission is a weird thing. enough about time. well almost. the reason i didn't write yesterday is because we spent the ENTIRE p-day doing service. we moved this lady that had literally nothing done and she was supposed to be out by three but when you have to move a ton of crap and haven't really even started of course it will take longer. and it was dirty of so dirty. one of my compis said do you have a vacuum and the lady goes a vacuum? i have never owned let alone vacuumed a day in my life. :0 wahhhhhh how do people live like that? it blows my mind. she had 8 missionaries there all day and bossed us around so we felt a little taken advantage of. only cool thing was we got to leave the mission boundaries. she called president and put him in a awkward position and basically made him agree to lets us help her move from middleton to star/eagle, so we spent the whole day going back and forth moving her stuff from middleton to star/eagle. so i got to see a glimmer of cami's town 10-6 that's the whole p-day. so we are treating our tuesday as our p-day because yesterday we didn't have any time to shop or email. luckily we woke up early  enough to go to the gym and do our laundry before we left to go do service. so you know how this p-day went so lets back track and i will tell you how amazing my last p-day was!

monday--> we made sushi and had a GIANT sushi party with some missionaries at sister fisher's house. is was soooooooooo good and fun!  then all the sisters did gel nails together because mama fish has a gel nail machine/kit then we joined elders schlub and johnson in a lesson of an investigator we were taking over because she lives in our area. those elders are great for older people but them trying to teach a 12 year old girl was the most horrendous boring lesson of my life. SHE FELL ASLEEP and i almost did. it was just bad. so good thing we are teaching her now because i think we can relate to her a little bit more haha poor elders they tried.

tuesday-->we did district service all morning and cleaned up some old ladies branches she had like a billion trees chopped down and trimmed to we cleaned them all up. then we went to the church building to use the bathroom and it was a WRECK. we were about to have a stake open house there that night and we all could not  bear the thought of bringing our investigators to iNight in a filthy building. so we as missionaries took it upon ourselves to clean the church. we deep cleaned that head to toe. we were a little frustrated that the stake wouldn't have thought to clean the building after a sunday they get so dirty from the youths and children :/ but we made it presentable. we quickly got ready and ate and then headed over to iNight. we were a little disappointed with the turn out because we as missionaries challenged all of our wards and made a big deal about inviting their friends and only 82 people showed. mostly members. i will say tho it was worth it  because all of our investigators that we invited or had asked people to invite came! so that was great! oh and one of the recent converts we have been working with has begged president cannon to let us go to her sealing but he said no so when she saw him at the open house she marched over there to ask again if we could go, it was hilarious. she wants us to go sooo bad and we really hope that president cannon will let us attend but its unlikely. oh well it's the thought that counts right? although i was excited bc i have never been to a sealing before! so that would've been cool.

wednesday--> we had district meeting which was fine/ actually kinda boring with our new district leader. we did telestrations again for our skill check. then the spanish sisters joined us and we helped clean one of our investigators house.  then we went to the becks and retaught L2 or plan of salvation. its hard because kevin has so many questions and they are like deep doctrine questions, they are awesome and you can really tell he is thinking and has a strong desire to know but its hard because as a missionary you are to teach basic principles and i often don't know they answers to his questions fully myself soui feel inadequate to be his missionary sometimes i think wow elder schlub or boswell really knows their stuff they would be much better missionaries but then when sister d said a prayer at a lesson and she said we are thankful for the friendships we have made at the end of the prayer kevin said and another amen to the friendships, sister beck always tells us that we have made such an impact on kevin. he has changed so much from the first lesson already its crazy.  oh and i have an announcement, we have retired from pranking... the APs found out and weren't happy, but in reality i think that president cannon wouldn't have cared that much as long as it wasn't crazy or distracting, i even told him i pranked and he just laughed and said he is glad i can still be myself, i think sometimes missionaries in leadership take themselves WAY to seriously. which is frustrating but like dad said lots of times those called into leadership in the mission aren't because they are good leaders but because they are learning how to BECOME good leaders so i guess like everything else on the mission it's a process.

thursday--> we weekly planned and elders boswell and silva helped us study and find the answers to kevin's questions that we couldn't do on our own. we taught a lesson to the investigator that we just got from the elders and then we went on visits the rest of the day and we got two new investigators!! so that was pretty cool:)

friday--> we did district service and then we went on visits which were pretty good, but not much happened that day

saturday--> was the meridian temple ground breaking so we went to the church to watch it. it was really exciting for us because the bishop took the becks to go to that! we went on visits for a good chunk of the day but it was a little frustrating because we had a bunch on cancellations. we had a lesson with the becks that night and kevin just kept saying wow it was so overwhelming ever since i started studying the mormon religion i have just felt this over whelming feeling ahem *the spirit* so that was neat to see. he really loved the ground breaking and he said it was so powerful there. and it was near for us to see that he is starting to figure it out. slowly but surely the pieces are starting to click together. then we had a lesson with zion and jaren which went well too

sunday--> we had lots of church as per usual we ran into two of the members of the stake presidency [they love talking with me and sister d because we are honest and don't sugar coat things so they get an idea of how the missionaries really feel about things] we told them how we were disappointed and members needed to have the whole iNight more publicized and have more constant reminders. which they agreed with. if those things had been done we would've had a much better turn out i think. we had ward council and that just peeved me because when we said we were disappointed some members just made up excuse after excuse why they didn't attend iNight or why they didn't do much for it. lots of people want to reap benefits with out putting in the work and they don't care about missionary work very much because they think its just the missionaries job. the reality is that saving souls and being a missionary isn't easy and you can think of a billion "excuses" and none of them can cut it because christ could've made excuse after excuse but if he didn't just do what heavenly father asked then none of us would be able to be saved. so the same goes for all those people that don't want to work, yeah sure its not always convenient but lots of things that are hard but worth it aren't convenient you have to go out of your own way to help someone else. okay enough of my rant on that. we had dinner with the fishers and then we watch the testaments with the hallenbecks, it was pretty good not too cheesy. and then i told you all about my monday. so that has been my week.
love you all sooooo much and love getting the mail from you.
okay until next week
peace out

Week 16

first off before i go into this week, here are some thoughts i had while sitting in my 3rd sacrament meeting of the day.
1.we took a survey and a question asked if there was no age change would you have still served, and i said no. i was honest i don't think i would but im glad there was an age change bc i'm out here.
2. we had zone meeting and we all went around and said what our dream career was i was the only one out of 10 sisters that said she wanted to be a mom and then have a career. i was appalled and slightly disappointed in today's future women.
3. its sad because every time someone gets up to the pulpit and they say good morning brothers and sisters i still expect aloha to follow it and when it doesn't i get sad:( i love the aloha
4.i was a little sad with all this back to school stuff because i love going to school but its also weird because i'm pretty close to my 6 month mark and then i will be saying this time next year ill be home... WEIRD.
5. we ended up with 3 new investigators again this week! its so awesome 2 technically arent ours they are boswell and silvas but we are teaching them because they are sitting in on the lessons with their daughter who we are teaching who is in the YSA.
6. i'm 99.9+% sure they are splitting our area next transfer and it makes me sad but idk if i'll even stay haha

OKAY now for my week. so everyday we started out with going to the gym. I LOVE IT. a member owns this really nice gym in middleton so missionaries get to go for free so we get up at 6 and go every morning and its the best. i lifted 55 lbs one day like the bar with 5 on each side. #iwasproud

monday we went hiking in emmett with our whole district. it was fun but we officially have the weirdest zone in the mission. i'm not even joking. we went from the chillest district to the weirdest overnight. #transfers but its all good in the hood then we taught our recent convert zion. he hasn't been to church yet since his baptism. we are sad about it but he can make his own choices he is still reading the BOM and stuff but he had already made plans and his mom runs his life.

tuesday we got to pick all these wonderful things from this old widowers garden because he was out of town. i picked corn right off the stalk. it was pretty legit. #ididntgetthisfarmerstanfornothing #bcimafarmer went went on visits later and then taught one of our investigators. she is moving slower so we only taught the first half of the restoration. then we went to enrichment night about canning with one of our less actives that we are working with, stephenie! she is sooooo awesome! we just love em!

wednesday we had district meeting and i convinced elder schlub to do a gospel rap bc he said he "free styles" its hilarious. its weird to see him in the field now bc he was in the MTC with me. we didn't think we would see each other much but the mission is a small world. WE FINALLY MET THIS ONE LADY IN THE YSA. you have no idea. wow. we knocked her door 3 times a week for 3 1/2 months. and finally we caught her outside and got to meet her. it wasn't as interesting of a conversation as we thought but it was nice to put a name to a face. then we met with one of our relief society presidents and then picked peaches at a members house. also this day mark it in history abby wasden killed 10 flies in 10 minutes. ARE YOU NOT IMPRESSED??????? then later that night we went on visits. #typicalforamiddletonmissionary

thursday we weekly planned love those days. sister d had a package already to send to this super cute elder in japan but then freaked out so i had to chase her around and re-put the package together write the letter and then give it to the mail guy bc she wouldn't but she told me she was sooooo glad that i sent it bc she never would've. (he sent her one 3 weeks ago and she NEVER responded) i told her that was rude and he probably feels 100% rejected. #missionarylove then we went on visits.

friday we had a lesson with aubree and went over the plan of salvation. she was having a hard day and that was the perfect thing because whenever we talk about the plan of salvation it always reinstates the BIG PICTURE. ya know. we visited people and then this story. so we set up this appointment thinking we were teaching a recent convert the new member lessons. but we get there and its her (our new investigator) and her parents all sitting around the table with notebooks and pens to take notes on our discussion. but the lesson went really well. we just taught according to their question and we ended up teaching the majority of the 1st and 2nd lesson. she is golden and i think our next baptism. hopefully for September!  then we taught the becks. we watch the restoration dvd and kevin (the investigator) related joseph smith to moses and that shocked me because he was starting to see him as a prophet! YES!

saturday we went on visits pretty much all day and then went to a baptism with becca our new investigator. she loved it and really felt the spirit.
